The 2006 festival is packed full of family-friendly activities, including cookery demonstrations, fishing competitions, island boat trips, and much more. Food-lovers can enjoy paella evenings, sushi tastings and chowder nights, and lots of opportunities to sample fresh local produce at fish and shellfish cookery demonstrations by celebrity chefs.

If you'd like to explore the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline, there's lots to choose from - including coastal and island rambles, sea angling trips, nature watches, family seashore safaris, and evening boat trips. There's also plenty on offer for keen and amateur anglers, from Learn to Fish days to open sea angling and fishing competitions.

The festival kicks off with an action packed family day on Saturday June 25th at Milford Haven Marina, with sea-themed children's workshops, storytelling and entertainment, to compliment fish and shellfish cookery, and tastings, seafood BBQ's, plus speed filleting competitions, stalls and exhibitions.
